Attend this invigorating and interactive session hosted by AIESEC to have a better understanding of how you can overcome your weaknesses with your strengths. By being aware of these traits, audience will learn how to "harness courage" and go above and beyond their expected leadership roles.
Recommended for prospecting or current individuals in a leadership position. This session will also include tips and tricks from past AIESEC executives leading with their own personal and unique strengths.
