We Need to Talk: Having Difficult Conversations FILLING

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

Our presentation will focus on the topic of having tough conversations. We hope that our collective experience as Senior UAlberta Ambassadors will allow us to explore this topic in a variety of ways. Our main focus will be having difficult conversations when in a supervisory or leadership position. We will examine several different situations in which tough conversations can occur, and then discuss context-specific strategies in order to achieve conflict resolution. Our presentation will take the format of a workshop, allowing time for both discussion and practice.
