Leadership is viewed by most as the goals and vision set by a leader to bring an organisation success. Management on the other hand is viewed to be necessary operational evil in that management pushes for tangible results and efficiency. Despite these notions, any organisation needs as much management as leadership. This session seeks to show how leadership necessitates management in any organisation.
