2017 Alberta Student Leadership Summit

As leaders we are sometimes so focused on the tasks and projects at hand, that we forget to create a sense of community within its individual members. Community starts with how individuals perceive themselves within a group, and this session will focus on why it is important to build rapport with individuals of your team as a leader. I discuss how to genuinely invest in your conversations with your teammates, whether it is a difficult conversation or a friendly chat, and how to create boundaries for yourself.
