Have you ever wondered what it takes to run a successful team? The University of Alberta EcoCar team will share how they doubled the size of their team to over 60 members while building a reputation for being a member-focused organization. EcoCar and attendees will reflect on ways to structure a team, how various styles of leadership and followership work together, and how to improve interpersonal relationships to build a successful team.
